New for Playa '07 - Green Man
Brewed in the Gerlach tradition, this beer will
tickle your taste buds with is frothy head. A
blend of six malts imparts a smooth medium body,
with a
balancing bitterness. Made with Playa
from beneath the Man. Alcohol by volume:

Temple Pale Ale
This golden colored ale closely approximates a lager
in its crisp, dry palate, low hop aroma, light body
and light malt sweetness. The finish is very clean
with a lingering subtle fruitiness.

Whiteout Wheat
This unfiltered wheat
beer is loaded with real Playa flavor and aroma. We use a
half pound of fine Playa Dust per gallon. The color is an
opaque rosy amber. This brew is a sweet treat with a light
sugary body.

Moop-n-Amber
This robust, dark brown ale gets its rich flavor
from Playa Dust gathered from depths of 1000'. The
addition of hand-toasted oats and a generous portion
of molasses gives the Moop-n-Amber Ale an incredible
smoothness and quaffability. Alcohol by volume: 5.49%. |

Burner Red
A crisp, refreshing red. Simplicity is the key to this
recipe. Medium in body with a reddish gold
color, this classic amber lager style is truly defined by
its delightful malty flavor and aroma. The spiciness of the
Empire Barley particularly comes through in our version of
this classic German style beer. Alcohol by volume: 5.63%. |

BRC Stout
A smooth, creamy, chocolate laden porter. Infused with
nitro/CO2 blend, the cascading effect of this beer is a
thing of beauty. Distinctive coffee, oatmeal & chocolate
flavors dominate this staff favorite. A subtle hop finish
rounds out this vision of perfection.

Center Camp Oat
Robust, creamy and bold! The roasty aroma and flavor gives
way to a chocolate and caramel flavor. The rich malt
character is balanced with moderate bitterness. This big
beer culminates with a surprisingly smooth finish. Alcohol by volume: 5.29%.

All of our beers will
be available On-Playa ON-TAP at the Playa
Beer Pavilion located in Center Camp. Keg
orders for Playa delivery must be received by August
10, 2007 for proper processing. Kegs will not
be sold On-Playa without Pre-Paid receipt. |
